The sea light in front, and the hillside breeze bringing silence and pure air.
Ground-floor apartment in a villa in the hills above Imperia (Poggi), with private terrace and garden overlooking the sea. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of a living room with sea-view balcony, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Facilities include: living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and professional electric oven, free wi-fi internet, bathroom with washing machine, heating, iron and ironing board.
Outside, generous private spaces where you can enjoy every moment outdoors: terrace and garden with sea view, table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.
Private parking available. Pets allowed. The owner lives on the property.
We are on the road to Civezza, surrounded by Mediterranean nature, olive groves and vineyards. The centre of Imperia and sandy beaches are about 10 minutes away by car.
Suitable for those seeking calm and slow rhythms, families, and travellers wishing to experience an authentic Liguria, with outdoor spaces and the sea close by.

Urlaub in Imperia

Imperia ist ein wunderschöner Stadt. Die Wohnung war sehr nah an Strand,gut eingerichtet und sauber.Wir haben eine Woche unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Auch alle Läden und Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Besten Dank.
