Parrasio ist einfach schön

Das Appartement liegt auf dem höchsten Punkt Parrasios - so manche Treppe muss man steigen durch diesen wunderbaren, alten Stadtteil Imperias mit seinen großen, herrlichen Palazzi. es gibt viel zu entdecken an Historie, an kleinen Gässchen und verschlungenen Wegen sowie wunderbaren ursprünglichen wie auch hervorragenden neuen Restaurants. Das Appartement ist extrem sauber und gut geführt, Alessio kümmert sich rührend.

Una location speciale

Si tratta di un appartamento completo di tutto il necessario per fare una vacanza come a casa, arredato con gusto ed estremamente funzionale. Il tutto immerso nel contesto storico di Parasio. Basta uscire a fare una breve passeggiata nei dintorni per capire la bellezza del luogo carico di storia. Consigliato per tutti in particolare per chi come noi, vogliono fare una esperienza di mare e città storica. Alessio e Minella sono stati gentilissimi ed attenti ad ogni necessità. La nota distintiva è stata l’arredo interno del appartamento fatto dalla signora Minella che fa di questa location qualcosa di unico ed speciale.

Wunderbares Altstadthaus

Sehr schöne und liebevoll herrgerichtete Altstadtwohnung. Italienisches Flair! Schönste Lage im Herzen der Altstadt Parasio. Vor den Ferien bereits sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt mit Alessio Parodi. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereite Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes.

Alessio e la signora Minella ci hanno accolto con gran calore a Casa Mira Parasio, nel cuore di Porto Maurizio nella città di Imperia. Ci hanno spiegato passo per passo tutti i vari passaggi per programmare al meglio la mia vacanza, dalla prenotazione, all'arrivo in alloggio fino al check out. Cordialità e trasparenza al top davvero. Ho trascorso una settimana di totale relax, la casa era ordinata, pulita e arredata con tanto gusto e tocco personale della signora Minella. Ci si sentiva davvero come a casa. Adoro il quartiere dove si trova l'appartamento, tranquillissimo e molto intimo. La posizione, decisamente bellissimo il quartiere del Parrasio, arroccato sulla città vecchia di Porto Maurizio. Silenziosissimo e pieno di bellezze storiche. Ci sono diverse scalinate, ma il percorso non è affatto lungo per raggiungere sia il centro che il mare. Certo bisogna poter fare le scale, in alternativa comunque c'è un comodissimo bus gratuito che collega tutti i luoghi della cittadina e ha il capolinea proprio sotto la casa. Stra consigliatissimo per famiglie e coppie in cerca di una fuga romantica. La casa è attrezzatissima e molto caratteristica, con tonalità di blu che ricordano il mare ed il cielo. Nei dintorni sono presenti attrazioni turistiche, spiagge, localini , ristoranti negozi e supermercati. Ci ritornerò sicuramente in futuro :) Federica

Tolle Wohnung in charmanter Lage in Altstadt

We enjoyed a week in March in this perfect apartment. Alessio, the owner, and his mother were very helpful and friendly. The nice apartment is the cleanest we´ve been in. It is located on top of the hill in a quiet spot (no traffic!) in the lovely old city. You can go to the beach, visit restaurants, do your shopping etc. all by foot. The heating system works perfect, good for the colder months ... – and the shower is big enough or a 100kg person :). We´ve planned to come back.

Una bellissima casa in un contesto affascinante

La casa è molto bella, accogliente, confortevole e ben arredata con gusto. L'alloggio l'ho trovato molto pulito e già munito di tutta la biancheria, ed il mio soggiorno è stato speciale in questa incantevole struttura, molto ben curata nei dettagli e così tipicamente ligure e marina. Il giorno dell'arrivo siamo stati accolti con cortesia e come benvenuto ci hanno omaggiato con prodotti tipici della zona. Particolari i quadri originali che impreziosiscono l'ambiente rendendolo veramente accogliente e familiare. servizio ottimo offerto da persone speciali. Alessio e Minella sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per un buon soggiorno nella bellissima Imperia. A tutto questo si aggiunge una strategica posizione a due passi dal mare. Il Parasio, in particolare, è un luogo magico, da visitare. Il borgo è bellissimo, tipicamente ligure e dalla piazzetta c'è una splendida vista sul mare. Torneremo senz’altro. Grazie!

Bellissimo appartamento...arredato con gusto..ottima location ma soprattutto molto tranquillo.

I proprietari Alessio ed Emanuele sono due persone a dir poco fantastiche. L'accoglienza è stata paragonabile ad un ritorno in famiglia. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti la loro mamma Sig.ra Minella che da subito ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire come a casa nostra. Che dire...non possiamo che dire solo una parola...GRAZIE
