The apartment is located in the most beautiful place in Imperia, with easy access to the beaches and all the services of the old village. It consists of 115 m2 in a historic building from 1920 and consists of a large entrance hall and corridor, a bathroom, living room with sea view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 comfortable beds (plus a cot), complete a small terrace. overlooking the sea and the palm tree promenade. Strategic position: beach and cycle path in front. Public transport, parking, restaurants and bars, under the house.
*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***: THE ROOMS WILL BE DATED IN THE NUMBER OF: 1 for 1/2 guests, 2 for 3/4 guests, 3 for 5/6 guests. The owner reserves the exclusive choice of rooms based on the characteristics of the guests. FOR ADDITIONAL OR SPECIAL REQUESTS PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER and foresee ADDITIONAL COSTS.

Großzügige Wohnung, unmittelbar am Strand gelegen, mit ordentlicher Küchenausstattung. Strand kann sowohl gegen Bezahlung (2 Liegen mit Schirm pro Tag 30,- EUR (2025)), aber auch kostenloser Strand möglich. Ist allerdings ein Kiesstrand. Liege oder Luftmatratze empfohlen.Geschäfte, Einzelhändler, Markt (Mi, Sa), Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar (5-10 Minuten).Fratelli Carli (Firmenverkauf Antipasti und Olivenöl) und Villa Grock ebenfalls zu Fuß gut erreichbar.San Remo und Monaco gut erreichbar.Parken bei weißen Linien kostenlos. Man findet mit etwas Geduld immer einen Parkplatz.Alte Bahnlinie ist in einen großzügigen Fahrradweg umgebaut. Ideal für Jogger und Radler, wenn man sich ein Fahrrad borgen möcht und nach San Remo will.Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns gut auf italienisch verständigen. Falls man nicht italienisch spricht ist das auch kein Problem, dann gibt's noch "Gerry" der deutsch, niederländisch und englisch spricht.Also bei Bedarf Null Problem.Ist für Familien mit Teenagern (und älter) ideal (Disco ebenfalls in der Nähe), ist aber natürlich sehr lebendig, so direkt am Strand. Daher ideal für Nachteulen die was erleben wollen.

Malerische Aussicht,zentrale Lage,wunderschön

Die großzügige Wohnung in typisch altitalienischem Stil hat einen wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Imperia ist eine lebendige Hafenstadt mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurantangeboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub verbracht.

Toller Urlaub direkt am Strand von Ognelia

Tolle Altbauwohnung mit typisch italienischen Stuckdecken. Wohnung ist genauso wie im Internet dargestellt, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alle ist neu und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man keine Ausflüge macht braucht man in Ognelia kein Auto! Vor der Tür sind direkt kostenlose Parkplätze, wenn frei ( war aber kein Problem). Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Angela war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

nice building and nice apartment, with great view if a tad noisy. furniture is quite basic and rooms are small. Internet unreliable and slow - we were left one day without connection. The owner compensated, but after an unpleasant discussion...

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Oneglia Coast Appartement

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Was mir besonders gefallen hat ist, dass die Bilder im Internet exakt der Wirklichkeit entsprechen. Die Vermieterin Frau Landini ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste wenn sie ein Anliegen haben. Ich werde jederzeit gerne wieder das Appartement mieten. Es war mein erster Urlaub in Italien und ich komme gerne wieder😀.
