Modern apartment block, 5 storeys. 12 apartments in the residence. 600 m from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, 4.4 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in an elevated position on a slope, 900 m from the sea. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles (extra). 100 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 200 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop 600 m, supermarket 3.6 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 1.6 km pebble beach 1.6 km. Marina 1.7 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Fantastik lägenhet

Fantastisk lägenhet med det bästa utsikten över imperia. Väldigt bra utrustad och smakfullt inred. Mycket bra bemötande av inchecknings/ kontakt person på plats. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks.
