"Jessica the desk clerk was very friendly and went above and beyond satisfying my request, getting me a room on the bottom floor which i had requested through Orbitz but they had no record of. The room was not so great. Neither of the lamps by the beds worked, the microwave was dirty with food, I could not get the water control in tub to adjust to a comfortable temp so was not even able to shower and cigarette burns in bed coverings."

"Continental breakfast was really good. I really appreciated the warm danishes. Plan on staying here next year!"

"This was a pleasant surprise! Nicest, cleanest, friendliest place we’ve been in a very long time! Staff went over and above expectations to make sure we had a first floor room and to ensure that Expedia straightened out a glitch that had us booked for two rooms instead of one. Fresh baked cookies and smiling faces greeted us, breakfast was hot and good, and everyone had a wonderful attitude. Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. We will arrange our schedule to stay here again soon!"
