Like the living room, the dining room also has an exit leading to the patio and the swimming pool. The villa has four large double bedrooms, each with a panoramic window. The first double bedroom comes with a dressing room, a double bed (200 cm length), a bath/shower/WC, a double hand-basin, a TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second double bedroom has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third double bedroom on the upper floor features a french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The fourth double bedroom, also on the upper floor, has a french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
