    The accommodation



    Villa Grand Tiraset is located in the middle of fields in the typical Mallorcan landscape of this area. Spend your vacation in an ambience with high-quality, well-maintained furnishings. The natural stone finca is surrounded by a beautiful, park-like garden with large lawns. There are sun loungers and an umbrella available for relaxing, or a shady spot on the lawn under the trees. The pool, which is quite large at 8 x 4 m, can be easily accessed via stairs.If you fancy a tennis match, you can try it out on the tennis court belonging to the house.



    On the ground floor, the villa offers a living and dining area with an open kitchen, breakfast bar and pantry, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with a large, oval bathtub. On the open gallery there are 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom, also with a bathtub. In a separate apartment there are 2 further bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds and a bathroom as well as an entrance area. Next to the pool there is a small outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower. Other features include air conditioning in the lower bedrooms and living area, WiFi and a covered barbecue area. The villa is stocked with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach.A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.     One of the double bedrooms is in an annex.



    There is no additional charge for electricity in the months of March, April and May. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €15.00 per day, payable in cash upon arrival.



    The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the request and the owner's bank details in a separate email from us before your arrival. If the house is handed over without defects, you will receive a refund from the landlord or property manager via bank transfer after your stay.



    The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.



    The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Finca Gran Tirasset

We had an amazing 10 days here, the Finca is beautifully converted, clean, tidy and spacious. You are in the middle of farmland so very private which suited us perfectly. You are very close to Inca and Llubi (which has a great bakery for morning breakfast). Inside can be quite dark but if you open up all the shutters it's transformed. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and tennis racquets and balls available if you fancy a game. New shower heads and a referb on the RH bedroom wardroble wouldn't go amiss, other than that I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Perfect for family holiday

Lovely, quiet location in the countryside, but still close to lots of small interesting towns & also close enough to spend the morning / afternoon on the coast or the mountains. The house is comfortable - tennis court got lots of use & the kitchen was well equipped. Would happily stay here again.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Finca

Eine Finca in ländlicher Umgebung, aber trotzdem in kurzer Entfernung zur Stadt Inca. Morgens wurden wir durch die Hähne vom benachbarten Bauernhof geweckt, tagsüber begleitete uns das Bimmeln der Glocken der Schafherden auf den anliegenden Weiden :) . Die Finca war komplett ausgestattet, einschließlich ausreichend Handtüchern für drinnen und draußen. Der wunderschöne Pool lud zu jeder Tageszeit zum Baden ein, und auch der Tennisplatz wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: Die Pumpe der Wasserversorgung sprang alle paar Minuten an und war Tag und Nacht deutlich zu hören, was störend war. Und eins der beiden Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus roch sehr muffig bei der Übernahme der Finca, der Geruch war auch über die ganze Zeit deutlich wahrnehmbar, besonders im Schrank, den wir deshalb leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aber alles in allem ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer eher ländlichen Gegend. Es entsprach den Fotos und somit waren unsere Vorstellungen erfüllt. Der Pool war super, auch der Tennisplatz wurde genutzt. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden. Die Küche ist an Geschirr etc. gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte jedoch so etwas wie ein Geschirrtuch. Hier ist auch anzumerken, dass wir uns über Seife im Bad gefreut hätten. So mussten wir wirklich alles von Wischmopp (der vorhandene war eklig) bis Mülltüten kaufen. Handtücher waren zu genüge vorhanden. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in der nahegelegenen Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktionierte einwandfrei und wir können dieses Haus für ein Urlaub voll und ganz empfehlen.

Finca with great potential

First of all, the grounds are really beautiful. A lush garden, a big clean pool, an old but fully functional tennis court and well maintained houses. The smaller one seems to have very new interior including a bath room. Actually, we should have stayed there instead of the big house. It's colder, brightwr, has less mosquitos and new ACs. The main house has a completely different feeling. I usually like the rustic style but for my taste it was too dark and the lighting didn't really help with it. One bigger problem were the insects. Whenever some food would fall on the floor or next to the frying pan it took only a few minutes until an army of ants would come out of various hiding places like under the stove or sink and grab the food. If that happens outside it is one thing but inside this was a little annoying. The latter also applies to the mosquitos. On the entire trip I didn't see a single one, still I got around 70 bites mainly during the nights. Make sure you bring enough repellent, candles, maybe mosquito lights, etc to protect yourself. It is not really in the hand of the management but I think it still is important to mention. What really disappointed me is that the house was not prepared for our stay with two kids. There were no beds or high chairs although we clearly mentioned it during the booking. After I contacted the management they said I would find everything in the garage. We did but it was all disgustingly dirty and/or broken. We cleaned one bed from bugs, spider webs, etc. because we desperately needed it. We also had to carry the furniture into the house ourselves The next day a cleaning lady came and cleaned the rest of the equipment as best as she could. Yet, the high chairs were unusable and we had to feed our baby in the stroller. A replacement was promised but never arrived. What is also unfortunate is that only a few things were provided. This might be standard but I think you can make a big difference as a host by providing hand soap, detergent, trash bags, or basic cooking ingredients. We bought a lot just to use it a couple of times. Also an instruction guide would be nice: where to find what in the house, how AC/TV works, tips for shopping. If you come to this place just be prepared and you will most likely enjoy your stay. Just don't expect any special service or hospitality.

Wonderful garden

We really enjoyed our stay here and the owner was charming. We loved the pool, garden and tennis court. The house was lovely, just a little tired in places. It was a shame the TV was only tuned in to German channels but we used the great wi-fi instead. It is quite a drive from the nearest shops but a venture to Lidl in Inca is well recommended. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend the house for a family holiday.

traumhafter Finca-Urlaub

Die Finca ist sehr schön und ist umgeben von einem traumhaften Garten. Der Pool ist super gross und die Kinder hatten ihren Plausch, dass sie vom "Turm" springen konnten. Den Tennisplatz haben wir auch benutzt und ist ein toller Pluspunkt. Pfannen und fehlendes Küchenmaterial wurde umgehend ersetzt und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Das 4. Zimmer in einem separaten Gebäude ist schwierig zu nutzen, da es kein angrenzendes Badezimmer hat und das Aussenbad benutzt werden muss (über einen kleinen Weg erreichbar).
