Particularly noteworthy about this country house with a maximum capacity for 6 people is its spacious and wonderfully well-kept outdoor area.

The 9.5 x 4.5 m salt water pool has a very comfortable entry and a depth of 0.8 to 2.10 m.

There is a large lawn between the house and the pool.



From a comfortably furnished veranda with access to the living area of ​​the house, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the rural surroundings.

Inside the house, on 120 m2 living space, there are three double bedrooms (one of them with bathroom in suite), two further bathrooms, a separate and fully equipped kitchen and a living - dining room.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus

Wir sind als Familie und Freunde angereist (2Erwachsene und 2Kinder). Das Haus ist noch besser als beschrieben. Wie waren mehr als positif überrascht worden. Die Anlage so schön gepflegt, alles war vorhanden was man so im Alltag braucht (Handtücher, Bettwäsche) und sogar in der Küche gabs die alltäglichen Sachen (Kaffee, Gewürze). Als begrüssung haben wir einen frischen Obstkorb mit Wasser un kleinen Snacks erhalten, da wie abends angereist waren. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer waren schön gross und auch sehr sehr sauber gehalten (so wie sas ganze Haus im allgemeinen). Das Haus liegt perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden (ein Auto ist erforderlich). Eine sehr ruhige entspannte Lage, perfekt um zur ruhe zu kommen und den Stress zu vergessen. Die kommunikation zum Vermieter war auch reibungslos alle fragen wurden immer in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen den wir verbrachten als Familie und Freunde schöne erholsame perfekte Ferien ☺️

Perfect place

This was our third time at this beautiful villa and it's one that we would return to in the future. Bernat was the perfect host; he came to sort out the property after a storm came through and put everything back to normal, quickly and efficiently. We had an amazing week making fantastic memories.

Großartiger Urlaub in einem fantastischen Landhaus

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem tollen Haus nahe Inca. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderschön. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und verschiedenen, gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Es gibt eine Maschine für Filterkaffee und auch eine für Kaffeekapseln (Nespresso). Die Schlafräume sind ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlagen, guten Betten und großen Schränken. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da sich das Haus auf dem Land befindet. Inca ist aus unserer Sicht als Urlaubsort nicht so reizvoll, hat jedoch durch die zentrale Lage den Vorteil, schnell alle Orte auf der Insel zu erreichen. Für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Müllentsorgung, da man diesen zum nahegelegenen Recyclinghof bringen muss. Auch bei kleineren Problemen wurde sofort geholfen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

House near Inca

We had a fantastic 3 week holiday in the house Ses Nines near Inca. All was like illustrated on the Internet. Minor problems were solved immediately. The house is in the country side but still near Inca for the daily shopping. You will need a car to go and visit all the interesting places and beaches on the island. We went to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca, Alcudia, Playa de Muro, Palma, Valdemossa, Monastery of Lluc, Port de Sóller, to the weekly market of Sineu. We have played golf in Pollenca (good condition) Son Gual (good condition, nice Club restaurant) and Maioris ( good condition, nice Club restaurant). The Golf Son Termes near Bunyola we can not recommend! Our favorite restaurants are „Stay“ in Port de Pollenca, „ Mediterraneo“ in Pollenca, „Portixol“ in Portixol/Palma, „Es Txoko de Martin“ in Santa Catalina (fantastic Tapa menue) „Agapanto“ in Port de Soller. But you will find good restaurants everywhere! There are walks and hikes in the mountains and along the coast line! Enjoy!

Beautiful property....

Our stay was made very simple by the property managers, excellent communication up to our stay abd throughout, even when we had an issue with the water one day it was dealt with promptly and we were kept informed of progress. We were early for check in so dropped our bags abd checked how long the cleaners needed before we went to find lunch... none if this was an issue. Check out was equally easy with the use if the key safe. Only bit we struggled with was working out the rubbish disposal process but we got there eventually, but it makes it very difficult on leaving as rubbish can only be disposed at certain times of the day, so we had to leave some behind. The villa was lovely, everything we could need, with all shops close by. Maybe sone details on local restaurants would be beneficial. Pool area and villa were spotless but a brush or mop would be useful, (we looked but couldn't find one), as I always feel bad leaving the floor a bit grubby. There were a number of wasps around the pool area but they were in search of water only so didn't bother us. Such a peaceful area and easy to reach so many other areas of the island, it was a lovely place to stay.

Tolle, ruhige und sehr gepglegte Finca, grandiose Lage und super Agentur und Vermieter!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Wir sind nachts angekommen, Schlüssel konnte man in einem Schlüsselkasten entgegennehmen, die Auffahrt und der Poolbereich waren hell erleuchtet, was einen wirklich imposanten Endruck bereits hinterlassen hat. Das großzügige Grundstück ist wirklich sehr gepflegt, das Haus insgesamt hat auch einen sehr gepflegten und großzügigen Eindruck gemacht. In den Schlafzimmern war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war unbeschreiblich. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hatte man direkten Blick und Zugang auf den / zum Poolbereich, auch waren genügend bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden, die auch bei Regen unter einem Vordach genutzt werden konnten. Der Kontakt zur Agentur und auch zum Besitzer waren wirklich super. Besonders hervorzuheben möchten wir auch, dass bei Ankunft ein Korb mit Getränken und Snacks vorhanden war, was bei Anreise in der Nacht wirklich super war und für die erste Nacht und den ersten Morgen gut genutzt wurde;-) Nicht zuletzt sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
