This enchanting and family-friendly villa in Inca offers an ideal retreat for up to 4 people, blending proximity to the city with an idyllic setting.



The city of Inca, with its array of restaurants, supermarkets, and the renowned Thursday market, is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. November brings the celebration of patron saint festivities, featuring numerous festive and cultural events. The location is also perfect for mountain excursions, visits to the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra, Valldemossa, or the Puig de Santa Magdalena. On the flip side, a half-hour drive takes you to the coast, where dreamy beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro await.



The property features a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.8 meters. An outdoor shower complements the poolside experience, while the sun terrace invites relaxation with tables, chairs, and four sun loungers. A dedicated picnic area features a fixed wood-burning barbecue, and a charming porch sets the stage for al fresco dining. Parking is convenient with space for up to 3 cars.



Upon entering, you'll find a comfortably appointed living-dining room and open country-style kitchen. Natural stone walls add character, and the kitchen is well-equipped with an array of utensils, a toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, and a filter coffee maker. Fast WiFi is available, suitable for those who need to work remotely. Entertainment options include satellite TV, a selection of books, and board games. The two bedrooms cater to different preferences, with one offering two single beds and the other featuring a double bed. Both rooms include closets and air conditioning for added comfort. Two full bathrooms come complete with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. If needed, an extra bed can be arranged upon request. Practical amenities for families include a cot, high chair, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Peace and tranquility characterize the surroundings, and the accommodation welcomes one dog weighing up to 6 kg at no additional cost.



The house is adorned with meaningful details, reflecting the history of its owner, who formerly worked as a shoemaker. Vintage elements such as a washing table, old photos, and an antique typewriter weave a narrative throughout the space.





To consider:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by e-mail.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
