Great location and clean comfortable room. Great AC. But showers were very weak, sink didn’t drain quickly, bathroom outlet didn’t work. Breakfast buffet awful don’t waste your money. But they just seemed understaffed and for the price I understand.

The sauna was the highlight of the trip. I was allowed to checkout a bit later because I needed to take care of something. I wish they could give free ice cubes/ cups, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Otherwise all well. The ligation is great too.

We stayed 2 nights then extended our stay one more night. Only down side to the really nice hotel are the hallway carpets which were incredibly dirty and stained. The rooms were excellent however and the rest of the hotel was nice!

I really like this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern and the lobby was the same. The laundry facility was clean and easy to use. The one down side is that on the 2 floors we stayed on, the hallway carpets were so dirty and stained. It really made the nice hotel look run down when in reality the inside of the rooms were really nice! They should make an effort to clean or replace all hallway carpets. Seriously. Stained beyond belief!

Have stayed many times, as always great service from the staff, very accommodating and helpful. Rooms spacious and everything you need. Desk for working, Seating and table and beds really comfortable. Cleaning top notch, breakfast I wasn’t a fan of but that’s personal preference and only purchased as a one off to try. Love the sauna though at times it can be a bit dirty with dead skin in the water - even going in right after cleaning but unsure if that’s normal. Will keep coming again each time I come to South Korea

The room is spacious, quiet, clean and has many amenities, however common areas of the hotel require more attention, for example heavily stained carpets in alleys gives a bad impression. Check in/ out was the fastest ever. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast hall requires ventilation, and breakfast options are limited. The hotel is very well located.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at Aank Hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff was friendly. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!
