"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"have traveled through many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, but I have rarely encountered a team of staff as warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful as those at Shilla Stay Hotel. From receiving parcels and scanning documents to arranging a room upgrade and even remembering guests’ names among hundreds of visitors, the staff consistently served with sincere smiles and thoughtful actions. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, especially the noodle soup and the excellent fusion of Korean and Western dishes. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the exercise room was immaculate. The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a two-minute walk from Guro Digital Complex Metro Station. Kudos to the afternoon manager and front desk team for making our stay truly memorable and enjoyable."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
