"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"まず、格安だったので期待していなかったのですが、スタッフがとても親切で対応が最高に良かったです。ベッド部屋、バスルームトイレは清潔でした。ドライヤーに各種携帯の充電機器、部屋アイロン迄備えてあり、良かったです。トイレも詰まらず、シャワーの水圧も悪くなかったです。ただ、ヘアブラシが使いまわしで、前利用者の髪の毛が残ってたのと、バスルームの電気が切れていた。清掃不要等の表示ができなかった。ホテルの写真が今と違っていた。これだけが残念でした。でもコストパフォーマンスは満足です。バスの利用が便利でした。近くに遅くまで食事できる場所はあったし、今回は観光ではなく弾丸でフェス参加の目的だったので、満足してます。"

"They deliver room service meals by robot! So cool! My room was incredibly clean. I would stay again. 10/10 I loved the free hotel shuttle. I got the kimchi fried rice delivered to my room and it came out of the robot warm and ready to eat. It came with a side salad and korean pickles. Soooo good. The walk in shower was sooo nice. Staff were very attentive and good."

"The hotel is located near Digital Guro Complex Station. Its in a typical suburb area, giving it a true korean experience. The Hotel is in need of some repairs, as the hallway carpet is lifted in some area's. The room we were giving, had laminate flooring. Which I was happy to see. There is 1000 korean won charge, if you use their toothbrush. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of food, to cater to anyone. There was also live egg cooking and noodle station as well. Over all a good hotel to stay at. One note, the Hotel is about 40- 50 minutes away from certain attractions. There is a airport limousine bus, at a cost but a 3 min walk from the bus stop to the station."
