This felt like a Holiday Inn with a nice lobby. Not sure how it qualifies as a five star hotel. No bellboys so you have to carry your own luggage. At check in, they tried to charge me more (about 20%) than what the Expedia price was, never happened before. Rooms are large but really dated and not in good condition. Overall, if this was half the price and rated 3 stars I would give it 5 stars… but this was a very overpriced and poor experience (the worst experience we had during our 3 weeks in Korea).

Stayed at the Sheraton for a week on a business trip to Incheon. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Great gym and very comfortable bed. The hotel is across the street from Central Park which is great for walking or jogging. All around a great stay.

The room was very poor. There was no bedside table on one side & the toilet seat was child size & round on a square toilet. The room was tired & worn. Not impressed for a Club king room. Very poor standard & not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was terrible! What hotel does not have bacon on the menu. The only highlight apart from the lovely friendly staff was a great meal in the steak restaurant.

A Solid Experience!

Overall just fine. Loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly, no complaints whatsoever. Bed was comfortable which was probably the most important thing.

This hotel advertises free airport shuttle it is only at 10:30 in the morning from the hotel cost 100,000 Korean yuan to get to and from the hotel if you don’t want to go at 10:30 in the morning from the hotel very very frustrating it should be changed on the website certainly changed on Expedia.com hotel was great. Food was good.

It is a beautiful property and the staff accommodated an early checkin and helped us with our bags. The one comment I have is that this hotel appears when I filter for airport shuttle hotels. It only offers an 11:45 am shuttle daily. There is no other airport shuttle. Since airport shuttle was literally the reason I booked this hotel, I was am a bit disappointed. Also, when I asked guest services about the shuttle, the concierge did not offer to help me find an alternative ride, whicb would have been nice/is pretty standard concierge service. Also FYI the pool is appointment only. It was easy to get an appointment, but it's something to consider if you need flexible arrangements. There are no bars on the property, just two restaurants that basically require reservations. Also fine, but good to note. And the neighborhood isn't quite as walkable as the rest of Seoul, and there were a couple times we had to wander a bit to find a restaurant (especially on Monday when a bunch of stuff was closed). All that said, we had a perfectly lovely stay.
