Parking is conveniently right outside the front door, no stairs to climb. There is a nice deck with a wooded view off of the living room.

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.
