Location!

The location and amenities of the complex (easy access to lake, beach chairs, storage for paddle boards) is the best part. The deck furniture desperately needs a deep clean - it is an amazing space that we could not use. The pollen was caked on the furniture and in the cushions - a cloud of dust and pollen would rise up when you sat on them. We alerted management the first day and sent pics. Someone came and blew debris off deck but did not clean the furniture - so sadly we could not use it. Living room furniture consists of only one low couch - the place def use more comfortable seating. On the positive side, nice dining room set up, comfortable beds, and stunning views.

Cleanliness horrible but the condo is beautiful and in an amazing location.

We arrived at the condo for my husband and I’s elopement. I chose the condo bc it was in incline village which is a beautiful area. The condo was exactly what I wanted online until we arrived. We had to call the night before we left bc no one reached out with access info for the condo. We arrived and the condo was filthy! Hair and dust everywhere. Floss on the bathroom floor, counters not wiped. Shower was not cleaned. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the place to feel comfortable to stay there for our wedding!! I had to communicate the whole time with grand welcome. They only offered me the cleaning refund and we checked out June 20th 2025 and I have reached out multiple times and still have yet to get refunded! Beautiful condo in an amazing area unfortunately it lacks cleanliness and accountability from management.

Great Location

Property has a great location- close to the water and the walking path on Lakeshore Blvd.The kitchen utensils were adequate for our stay. The TV worked well.
