Great location! Perfect for our family.

The house was great. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The layout was great for our blended family.

Great house

Great clean house and very close to the lake. Fast wifi is there. All the needed furniture and towels. Alexa devices in many rooms! I just wished I could control the thermostat.

Incline Village

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than lacking a few details, the information was adequate. Housekeeping and maintenance should have addressed the loose toilet seat in the down stair bathroom before we arrived. Those toilets are high end Kohler and have different fastening methods. Trying to tighten the loose seat was not possible. There are inserts necessary. There was not adequate space for garbage and recycle items in the bear box. We ended up having to leave a fair amount of recycle in the garage. I was told that someone would contact me to take care of the recycle. Didn't happen

Snowy getaway

We traveled to Tahoe with family friends. 2 couples and we each have 2 kids (ages 9, 8, 7, and 4). There was definitely plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the downstairs bunk beds and having their own space in the house. The only complaint we have was the tv in the main living space didn’t work very well. The rental says to use Hulu and every time we did, it would automatically restart after a few minutes and continued to restart while trying to watch. The volume would also randomly go out for no reason. Besides the tv issue, we loved this house in the mountains. We were very close to Diamond Peak which was a great little mountain for our young kids who are beginner skiers.

Weekend Ski Get Away

We absolutely loved the property! The place was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. There was plenty of cleaning supplies. We really enjoyed the remote self check in. The house was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

5 Star Summer Stay

This was such an incredible stay and experience for us. The host really made our stay excellent in particular, responding to every question quickly and taking care of anything we needed help with. We also weren’t aware beforehand that the day we arrived there would now be air conditioning for the warm summer months! Amazing. The rental was immaculately cleaned beforehand, there is a Tesla charger, the property is pristine and quiet, with a trail off the driveway. Loved the stay, thank you team.

Perfect property

Had a great stay during long weekend. House is actually bigger than shown in the photos. Beautiful neighborhood close to shops and dining and diamond peak ski resort. Everything was laid out for us perfectly would definitely stay again

Could have been great.

First off the Venmo trip insurance is a total scam. We reserved the house before the December 2020 issued COVID shelter-in-place in California (we live in CA) as we were concerned that COVID would prohibit us from taking the trip. Also we had friends flying for the trip and could not fly as a result of shelter in place in their state. When we went to the insurance they would not give us our money back. We couldn’t even get a live representative on the phone. We tried many times over 3 weeks to speak with a live rep. Very frustrating. We decided to make the trip any way since we were spending the money. When we arrived at the house, the dishwasher was broken and very dirty and smelled. Also, the refrigerator did not get cold. Master bath had leftover soap from previous renters and some trash. There were also 6 bags of trash in the garage and the trash bins outside were full. To make matters worse, two different neighbors approached us and complained about activity at the house including the outdoor light being on at night. One of the neighbors that approached us made it very clear that this rental has been a problem for the neighborhood. Many neighbors have complained to the owners. We had four adults over 45 at the house and four teenagers. Very mellow. Knowing we were under the microscope made the stay far less enjoyable when added to the other issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I had planned on having five bedrooms because that what the advertisement led me to believe. One of the photos said the downstairs serves as a fifth bedroom. This is not true. The photo led me to believe that there was a potential fifth bedroom. There are four bedroom which we learned when we arrived. They did not care.
