"This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "Issues from the moment we checked in. I'll ignore small stuff like vomit in the shared laundry room, overflowing garbage and limited covered parking. "Check in was easy, Joseph had excellent communication and was great to work with! We were struck by how beautiful the location and house were. The kitchen had literally everything we needed, we all said multiple times how well stocked it was. We especially appreciated the many spices and kitchen towels since we were cooking up a storm. It was nice to have a game room down the hall from the living room so we could have multiple vibes going on, plus the guest house if anyone needed a breather. It was the perfect house to rent for my mom, 5 of her kids spouses, 2 grandkids and a couple dogs. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be looking to rent this home again next time we're in Tahoe!"
