「Very clean and cozy rental. Property manager was prompt and very helpful with questions I had about the rental. Very peaceful and quite at this rental. In a very remote part of Kansas, by "Big Brutus". That was interesting and fun to visit. Our visit was for visiting family, had to drive about 20 mins to closest town. Cute and quite rental.」

「I stayed in this hotel twice in one week, once on my drive West to Colorado and then again on my way back to Tennessee. I like this hotel a lot and wish all of the hotels I stayed in as I drive all over the country exploring during retirement, were like this. The hotel staff is wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, looks like it was recently remodeled, and the room and bed is wonderful. It’s obvious the owner or manager takes great care of the property. And to top it off,...

「This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!」

「Perfectly peaceful place to just get away for a couple of days! House was perfectly cozy for the 2 of us. Mary was so easy to work with! Her store in town is adorable and coffee was delicious! The town of Sedan was perfectly quaint but we were able to figure out everything we needed. Went nature exploring and were able to see the properties waterfall and even some buffalo! The distillery tour in town was interesting as well. Would definitely gladly stay again if back in the area! Thank you! 😃」
