The Space:

Salt air drifts through open windows as morning light spills across the patio pool. A short stroll puts you on Atlantic sand, and a long list of bedrooms means everyone in your group gets their own corner of quiet. This is coastal Florida living built for big gatherings.



Living space

The living room is built for groups winding down together - soft sofas face a mounted Smart TV, ideal for movie nights once the beach bags are unpacked. Upstairs, a game area with Foosball gives travel companions a reason for some friendly competition on cooler evenings or after-dinner downtime.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are dressed in soothing coastal tones, sleeping up to 12 guests across 13 beds. The primary bedroom pairs a king bed with a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility, while the remaining rooms mix additional king beds, twin beds, and bunk beds to suit different group configurations. Two bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from full meals to beach-day picnic prep, with a center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. You'll find the kitchen basics covered - refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware - so cooking for a crowd is straightforward.

Across 4.5 bathrooms, you'll find hair dryers, shampoo, and hot water ready for rinsing off after the beach or the pool.

Step outside to a private patio with a pool, plus an upper balcony for catching the breeze. A backyard rounds out the outdoor space. The home also sits within a gated community, and residents have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool with loungers, a pergola, and a cabana area for extra lounging options beyond your own patio.

You're within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean beaches, known for clear water and sandy shores well suited to swimming, sunbathing, or beachcombing. Corey's Deli and Bagels is a short walk away for breakfast, and the surrounding area offers a wide range of lunch and dinner options - seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and more - all within easy reach.

This home is pet-friendly, with self check-in via smart lock for easy arrivals. A private entrance, free parking on premises, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are all available. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, pack 'n play, and high chair on hand.

The Neighborhood:

The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.



Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more!



Getting Around:

Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
