This 3,600 sq ft townhome blends beach-inspired décor with comfortable, easy living. The cozy living room centers around a Smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun, and high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. Upstairs, a dedicated loft area features a Foosball table and a relaxed hangout space — a favorite with groups of all ages.

Grocery stores and shopping centers are just minutes away, and sports travelers will appreciate being only 25 minutes from the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex.

Pets are welcome, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival effortless. Free parking is available both in the garage and on the street, and a dedicated workspace is on hand for anyone needing to stay connected.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy here—beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants are just a short drive or bike ride away. A1A provides quick access up and down the coastline, while nearby Eau Gallie Blvd connects you to Melbourne and the causeway to the mainland. Ride-share services are readily available, parking at the home is convenient, and the area is very walkable and bike-friendly for exploring locally.



Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!
