“Beautiful view of the ocean, small resort style , quiet and peaceful. Large shopping center is a 10 minute speed walk.”

“This was one of the best properties we have stated in with VRBO. The host communicated with us as necessary and was very pleasant. We made use of the patio area for two meals and enjoyed it immensely. We would stay there again.”

“Perfect house for me and my kids for our vacation. It was clean, set up perfectly and an amazing location. I walked to the beach every morning for sunrise, which is literally a straight shot out the front door, less than 1000 steps to sand. The house was very well stocked with pretty much anything a family with small kids would need for a beach trip, as well has just living in the house for a week. The host was great at responding and communicating as well. Will definitely be back.”

“The property was clean and quiet… and was equipped with everything needed (towels, toiletries, beach chairs, full kitchen, etc.). Nice view of the pond/wildlife out back. Property owners were prompt with responses. Would definitely recommend.”

“This property exceeded my expectations. It was like being home from home. Comfy bed, all my fav tv channels. The view of the pond from the patio and the pool was fabulous. I especially liked the closeness of the shops.Ten minutes walk to Aldi, Walmart, 15 mins to Publik and my favourite was Ross dress for less as its like the UK TKMaxx. The beaches were fabulous too. Everyone was friendly and I was able to get the number 30 bus to the airport and Florida Tech University from right across the……

“We were very pleased with our stay! The unit was beautiful and spotless! It also provided all of the little extras that we appreciated very much (a small cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, beach towels, hand soap, etc.). Owners were very accessible and responsive! 10 out of 10! We would definitely book here again! ”

“House is very kind and response quickly”

“Condo was clean and well maintained. Easy access to pool and beach. Comfortable for our family of 5. The only thing I'd suggest is a washer and dryer maybe in the garage. Several units were vacated the same day and the cleaning staff was in there all day doing bedding/ towels which I understand but with a large family I try and wash daily with all the towels and wet clothes we accumulate. Garage was super nice to have and we would definitely recommend this property. Peaceful location and very……

“Great place to stay. Steps from the beach.”

“A few issues that were immediately resolved by the management company. Adding a TV in the bedroom would be a big plus! The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch! See you next year!”

“Everything was just as described, well stocked with all we needed, and communication was great. We originally planned to bring our dog but were able to find a pet sitter at the last minute. We explained the situation to our host and a refund was graciously and quickly provided. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have time to explore all the amenities, but the small patio ended up being a big plus for us. My only recommendation to those traveling with a group of six is to check the pullout……

“Amazing property. Kind owners. Cozy space. Lovely wildlife. Great porch area for morning coffees. Great rental. Highly recommend”

“This a budget friendly place on right across the street from the beach. Crosswalks are available about a half block in each direction which are necessary most of the time to get across A1A. The setup is good for 2 people only. Did lack some things that would make it better. No couch to relax on. Limited towels we only had 3 for an entire week with no washer or dryer this is a stretch. No ice machine in the freezer, trays were available and you’re right next to a gas station so you can just……

“Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.”

“This property is in an excellent location. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. We had difficulty contacting the host when we needed to. Also, your reservation will be completed on a third party platform and not VRBO. Just an FYI for prospective vacationers.”

“We have stayed at this property before and really like it. We especially liked this unit. Beach front and very comfortable. Already looking at my calendar to see when we can stay again!”

“The ocean view was not as good as it appeared. Overall it was nice.”

“Property is great BUT we was only here for a day and a half for a quick beach day and they decided it was ok to have maintenance done while we was here. The entire full day of our trip. I contacted the host and she was extremely rude and basically told me to deal with it. I was here alone as my husband was gone and one man was on his cell phone cussing to another man. I was a complete wreck. I paid to relax not this.”

“This was the nicest place. The rooms were clean and the hosts were attentive and always answered right away with answers to my questions. The beach was beautiful and so close to the room. The location is great not many people around so it's almost like the beach is yours alone.”

“The property was beautiful very well done we thoroughly enjoyed it”
