"Not a good experience !!! hotel refused to authorize early checkout, one night early due to family emergency therefore, last night stay was not refunded, will never use that hotel chain again nor Hotels.com again third-party reservations have proved to be not worth the savings"

"Staff were great! Room was old, dirty looking, dated and smells like wet dog . Next time I will spend a little more for a newer hotel. Food from restaurant and breakfast bar was good. It had everything we needed but should have been nicer and cleaner. The staff and customers should have a better environment to sleep and work. Change should be done asap . Or change the name that better describes its condition. Thanks for your helpful staff."
