Perfect location!

The house was very clean and was layed out very well for a large family. The location was perfect. It is just a short walk to downtown and a quick boat ride to the sand bar at Burt Lake. The dock is in very good condition and the patio area at the riverside is the perfect place to wind down after a day on the water.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was spotless, unbelievably well-equipped with anything you need throughout your stay, plenty of space for multiple families without feeling crowded and of course, a prime spot right on the river. This was our second time staying at Apple Blossom cottage on Indian River and you just can’t beat the location, the views of the river, this beautiful and comfortable home! We were able to tie up our boat right in front for easy access and enjoyed cruising the lakes & rivers!

Great location for boating the chain of lakes. Our family, adult children and grandkids were very comfortable with the accommodations. The house is nicely furnished and the yard and grounds are lovely. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our time there only wish we would have taken a day or two to just enjoy the house, yard and neighborhood.

Perfect location for a family vacation. Well furnished, equipped home with multiple decks on the Indian River. Beautiful dock provided a perfect spot to boat watch as well as tie off your boat or launch you kayaks- nice yard for children to play We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Memorial Day weekend

We enjoyed this cabin so much. I had my sister in laws bach party here. Even tho we weren’t at the cabin much, our favorite part was drinking coffee on the dock every morning. Overall, beautiful cabin, nice neighbors, would recommend and will probably be back!
