“We appreciated the shuttle to and from the Brown County Music Center. Would have loved being able to order breakfast after 11am. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“Comfortable, clean and safe. Bed was soft and room was quiet. Same gentleman who checked us in also checked us out the next morning. Friendly and professional.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“I have never had this happened to me before when I checked in at the front desk and got my keys, I opened the door of my room and there was a lady that was half naked with a towel wrapped around her. It was a very embarrasing situation and I wish that on nobody.”

“I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that……
