“Clean room and friendly staff!”

“几次电话联系酒店希望可以提前到中午办理入住，酒店前台的答复始终是不可以！”

“Property seemed run down, rooms were plain and little character. We interacted with 3 front desk employees. Only the last person we dealt with was pleasant or inviting. Overall an ok stay but after walking around town, realized there were multiple better options to stay.”

“The room was clean and bed super comfortable. When eating at restaurants or the pool side the staff was super slow. The food at the sports bar was below average. The steak restaurant was amazing. We would have liked to see more of a dress code for the upper end steakhouse though. Someone came in wearing a Homer Simpson tshirt and it just kills the ambiance. “The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. Overall the hotel is not very well maintained. This is the second time we have stayed there. It isn't……

“Gabriel was a very accommodating and friendly guy at check in. Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom could use some updating.also for the price you pay to stay the breakfast buffet should be included to all people just like most of their competitors.”

“The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.”
