While the room was clean, which is the priority, the hotel was pretty dated in its furnishings. The shower was old and its floor was actually a bit concave, making standing slightly tricky. The complimentary breakfast was worthless. The price, while not cheap, was low. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Upon arriving we were told we do not have adjoining rooms. That was upsetting as I called and specifically asked for adjoining rooms. The desk attendant proceeded to tell me it was her Manager's fault. He constantly lies to guest in order for them to book at the hotel. Another fun surprise was the pool was closed for maintance. It was another reason I booked at this Hotel. Needless to say it was a terrible property with even worse management. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE!!!!

Jacuzzi tub in room out of order so we were moved to another room. Second room was a smaller bed and had a bad smell so we were moved back to original room. Staff were kind and helpful.

Room was clean. Could use some updating. Parking lot very dark. Breakfast was awful. Not much selection on the hot side. A couple of sausage patties and the usual do it yourself waffles. No eggs.

Nice hotel. I went to front to request a couple plates and forks. Jasmine was coming in hall and seen me ask if she could help. I told her what I needed and was going to get it I had ice bucket and bless her she got ns ice also!! Jasmine is a JEM!! She is a true asset to the hotel!! Thank you Jasmine!❤️

I booked 2 rooms. In the one room, the refrigerator would not get cold (though it was plugged in) and the toilet wouldn't always flush everything down. You had to wait awhile and try flushing again. The bathtub did not drain after getting out of the shower. We were looking forward to a hot breakfast that looked good on the website - we went down around 7:15am, the grandchildren put cereal in their bowls and the milk pitcher was empty. I had to find someone to fill it. We went to get the "hot" items and both trays were empty. I found the same employee and he left for a bit and came out with sausage patties only - and they looked like they weren't even cooked. I tried one but it did not taste right. No one else took sausage because of how they looked. There were no eggs nor anything besides the sausage. The only sweet items were chocolate muffins - no other flavors or pastries. Tables were not clean. On top of all that, a gentleman stood near our door and talked on his phone all night. Not the hotel's fault but just added to our already poor experience. For the price of the rooms, it definitely wasn't worth it. I will not be recommending this hotel.

Thanks to Matthew at the desk—extremely polite and helpful. Toilet needed repair (running) but I just kept the door closed—I was only staying two nights.
