"This property was so beauty. Even though we travel here in January for a cheer competition. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The views were gorgeous. I love how everything I needed was in walking distance.The only problem I had was the cold. As a southerner it was too cold for me. "

"The room was super hot. Ended up AC was not working and room crept up from 74 to 80 degrees! Staff brought a box fan which helped us get through the first night and then they had HVAC team fix it while we were gone the next night thank goodness or we may have had to ask for a room change. "

"The room next door was having loud arguments at 3:30 am. I called the front desk, received no answer. Went downstairs and spent 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention. He had headphones on and was scrolling on his phone. He called them and asked them to be quiet. He then called my room and told me to call if they were loud again. They were. I called. He didn't pick up. I went back downstairs and spent another 5 minutes trying to get his attention. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"Eveb tho they had a washer and dryer, they didnt have any detergent, or fabric softner."
