We loved everything was in walking distance from restaurants to stores to trails to nightlife spots. We loved the backyard area to relax. Plenty of fun things to do inside on a rainy day too. Beds were super comfy. Quiet neighborhood.

Great neighborhood & location for small family getaway!

We came to Indy to see a Butler basketball game. This property was perfectly located for us, with food and drink establishments close by. Lots of room and in great condition.

Quick overnight stay

Loved the location of this property, plenty of space & loved the gaming area in the basement. Everything was clean, there was even a stack of games on a table! Will highly recommend!

Awesome location!!

This house was perfect - walking distance to many SoBro restaurants, including Fat Dan's (sooo good), Good Morning Mama's (amazing breakfast!!) and a local coffee shop. It was a short drive to everywhere else. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe. We loved the walkability factor and dog-friendly neighborhood.

Broadripple stay

This is a cozy and great place to stay. It’s located to so much and in a great neighborhood. I definitely will stay here again in the future! The property owner is very responsive and friendly.

We had a great time visiting for the Olympic swim trials and this house was the perfect fit for us! The owner was responsive and very nice! I would definitely stay here again! A very safe area for families!

Convenient Broad Ripple

Great property for our foursome to enjoy a visit with family. Enjoyed the local restaruants. Convenient access to Monon Trail and neighnorhood sidealks for dog walks. Our 2nd time staying here and plan to use again for future visits

Good place to stay

Enjoyed our time at this property. House was what we expected it to be. Clean and well provided for. Host was communicative with us and no issues arose that I needed to reach out about. But I don’t doubt they’d be taken care of if they did.

We loved the proximity to the State Fairgrounds (where we had a competition) and Fresh Market. Our property managers were very responsive to our needs.

Great historic home. Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. Comfy beds and safe neighborhood. Strong incense odor throughout the house that might be pleasant for some but was too much for us. Just needed to unplug all the air fresheners and we were good. Would stay again!

Cute and very safe and attractive location!

Check in was perfectly easy which we were grateful for as we came late evening and was not familiar with the area. The home was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable! It was accurate as of the online listing which was impressive as some in our past have not been. Luke the host was extremely helpful and communicative in everything and quickly response. Overall we really enjoyed and felt this vrbo absurdly met our needs and then some! Overall rating for emerging is absolutely a 5 star!!

Great place to stay in Broadripple

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. The house was clean and easy to access. Very convenient and spacious for our family of 6. Be aware that the road is set up in a way that you need to drive in heading south on College Ave. Not a big deal just something to be aware of
