BED BUGS. And a staff that doesn’t care.
My partner and I stayed here in July 2025 and found BED BUGS in our room. I woke up covered in bites, which we documented with photos. We immediately alerted the front desk, and instead of helping us, they denied the problem, claimed they “spray for bugs weekly,” and told us we shouldn't complain because they upgraded our room to a suite.
I'm sorry, but a "suite" with blood-sucking insects is not an upgrade — it's a health hazard.
After leaving, we discovered that multiple other guests have posted about bed bugs at this hotel going back years. Clearly this is a recurring, unresolved infestation, and the hotel is doing nothing about it.
We had to bag all our clothes, leave them in a hot car, and sanitize everything at home just to make sure we didn’t bring the infestation with us. No apology. No refund. Just blame-shifting and deflection.
Avoid this place like the plague. Bed bugs are no joke — and neither is this hotel’s complete lack of responsibility or customer care.
