We had a 4 day stay. We did not receive maid service once despite requesting it on 2 occasions. Our towels and hand cloths were not replaced once. We had to go to the front desk each evening on our return to get clean towels. No apologies from staff. Our sink leaked and the shower curtain was too short and water escaped under it. It was constantly like walking around in a high school locker room. There was black mold in the shower area. Both my wifecand I now have an upper respiratory infection. I suspect that it may have been from the substandard cindition of these accommodations.

The outside of the property looked nice. The staff at the front desk was ok. The room was another story. There was mold flakes on the bed from the a/c unit. The tv was so small and all the cords were hanging out. The wallpaper was peeling away from the wall all along the top in the bathroom and no Kleenex. There was a missing light when you walked into the room just a metal piece sticking out of the wall. Someone’s food was left in the refrigerator. The microwave was very gross and hadn’t been cleaned. The couch had stains on the cushions. When we went down for breakfast that was all full and a variety of things to choose from. The fruit bowl was not desirable at all. I definitely would not stay here again. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk she said they were due for a remodel / renovation soon. She said please give us another try.

Check in went smoothly for me. My king suite was sparsely furnished, in need of repairs and very outdated. The mattress on the king pull out was so thin that at first it didn't appear there was a mattress at all. No additional sheets, blankets or pillows were provided. There was no phone in the room. We wanted help with a couple of things during our stay and had to walk to the lobby to ask a question. The handle on our closet was missing, so we had to pry it open. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it running from the front all the way to the back. The shower curtain rod had been broken out of it's bracket and was wedged back into the space at a strange angle. The bathroom door was too large for the space and had to be forced to close. The front of the heating/cooling unit was completely broken off and just laid back overtop of the unit and therefore fell off when I touched it. The room was very noisy because of other hotel guests, which is no one's fault but just a fact. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and I did sleep well, which is what matters in the end I guess. I would not stay at this particular Comfort Suites again.

The fire alarm went off at 4am due to faulty wiring from one vacant room also u can’t charge your phone without a block it doesn’t have ANY USB plugs not even on the lamps so outdated. I had to use one of the front desk workers block just so I can have my phone charged for 8 hours of travel the next day. The room was clean and the customer service was exceptional

We stayed there 3 times within 1 month....the elevator was broken all times. The breakfast wasnt ready at 630am like it said it would be. The 1st time, front desk nit helpful. The last time I felt unsafe, which sealed the deal that I WILL NOT return.
