The front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly and competent. It was mostly quiet except for early morning when the workers at the next door newspaper company arrived for work and played radios loudly. This hotel does not have an elevator so it is not suitable for those with disabilities who would want to stay on the 2nd floor. Finally, the morning breakfast is subpar unfortunately, with plain scrambled eggs and puny looking “French toast” sticks. However, there is a waffle making machine which looked fine but we didn’t try it. Our room was clean, the shower and AC/Heat worked just fine. The TV was glitchy at times but basically just fine.
