We stayed in one of the CozySuites rentals for a recent trip to Indianapolis. To be honest, I was a little nervous prior to arrival, seeing some bad reviews after I had already booked our stay. Well, my worries were for naught. We had a wonderful experience with CozySuites. The communication from them was great and quick, even when I was sending questions after 10:30 at night. They sent me messages to make sure I got checked in OK, the next morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and again prior to checking out. The instructions for checking in were clearly explained in an email. The suite was clean, bright and comfortable. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town – close to the capitol, restaurants, and entertainment. It was an easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. We will definitely stay with them again, if we come to Indianapolis.
