The space
This spacious home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 shared full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.

Bedroom 1: Features a king bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a busy day.
Bedroom 2: Comes with a cozy queen bed and TV for your entertainment.
Bedroom 3: Located upstairs, it includes a trundle bed with twin mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Loft: Futon, 2 air mattresses and has all of the arcade games, popcorn machine (for sanitary reasons we do not provide popcorn), mini fridge, and foosball!

The upstairs loft area provides extra sleeping space with two air mattresses and a futon, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Our fully stocked home includes all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the hot tub, fire up the grill for a BBQ, giant jenga and corn hole, or challenge friends and family to a game on one of the two standing arcade machines. The outdoor space features seating areas and a fenced-in yard, perfect for socializing and enjoying the fresh air. Private parking is available for your convenience.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the unfinished basement and the garage. These areas are used for storage.
Other things to note
1. We do require a 3rd party verification. This is to ensure our; properties, communities and neighbors are protected. This is REQUIRED.

2. There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the back and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
