Great location for activities in downtown / Wholesale Dist. Small place but clean and works well for a couple, maybe for 3 (with couch). Looked like nice pool and building amenities but we were only in for a game so no time to use them. Very complicated access due to ultra-security of garage, then elevator / stairs, then apt key code plus very strict parking. A couple videos and links - which did not include some important info - led to losing about an hour on the front end just trying to park and get into the unit. Host was responsive however asking guests to figure out all this on their own ... I get the building security but when it comes to what's the parking space and what's the entry code, provide this in a separate, direct text or email via VRBO mailbox, not embedded in links and videos. Back door (which is right out to the pool - very nice) has its own video regarding how to lock. Unfortunately, when entered unit ... it was unlocked and ajar! Finally able to get door to shut and latch but lock was jammed / broken. Again - great location, reasonably priced, clean, secure / safe. Make the fixes and a get 5 stars next time.
