The front desk staff was rude. There was NO HOT WATER!!! When we went to call the front regarding no hot water the phone didn't work at all. When we walked down to the front to discuss no hot water, we were promised it would be fixed by midnight. Midnight came & went...no hot water. We went down to the front desk again & promised by 2-4am hot water would be back on...no hot water. We couldn't even shower!!! I would have rather slept in my vehicle! The beds were awful & the hotel was very dated. No close options for food either.

The carpet in the room felt sticky and we had guest banging on the door across the hall for several minutes at 3 am! So we did not sleep well at all! The breakfast area was very small and they only had Styrofoam plates, cups and bowls, so you could not have made yourself any eggs or oatmeal, if you wanted to.

No hot water, wasn't told this at check in. When we let front desk know about lack of hot water, we were told 'they're working on it now, should be back on at Midnight.' It wasn't, other guests told us it'd been off for 3days. 1 switch works TV, fridge & microwave. No sign by switch. Had meds that needed to be refrigerated, fridge was off for hours before we knew. Let front desk know those items weren't working, after multiple eye rolls and condescending tones was told they're 'not responsible for putting signs in every room, we should know that.' Another guest told us they're food spoiled because they didn't know either. I wanted to check out early, and get a refund. We had been on the road since 4am on 5/10, waited til 12:30a 5/11, tested to see if water was hot for a shower, it wasn't, fell asleep sometime after 2a waiting, woke up at 6a, no hot water. This was to be a 2night stay. They only refunded half of our stay for the 1 night 'because you slept. If you checked out at 12:30a without sleeping you would have gotten a full refund.' Large debris was on carpeting when we first entered the room Tub had black streak around and in the caulk of white tub, toilet didn't have any bolts connecting to the floor.

This hotel looks like a place that should not be open. Things were way out of place from a normal hotel. The pool area was very disgusting. There was no hot water For showers and we were there for three days without a shower. It did not seem like a safe environment

Property was dirty and looked worn and old. The bed was out on something that sounded like a filing cabinet every tim we moved. The side door did not close all the way and anyone could have just walked in without a key. Front desk woman was so rude.

This place was disgusting. Everything was falling apart, the room was gross. The sheets were stained, the floor was sticky, the towels had stains. There was an outlet without a cover…it was bad. Staff was rude to me and my friends.

DO NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY DISGUSTING DIRTY!! Booked a deluxe 2 queen room...as soon as we walked into the room we were taken aback by the hot, musty, foul smell. We found hair all over the bedspreads & pillows. Phone/fridge/alarm clock looking like they've never been cleaned. Bathtub was disgusting! Toilet had urine, feces, pubic hair all over it, on the seat, on the cover, on the bowl. The window pane was too small for the frame, therfore leaving a 2-inch gap that you could stick your hand through straight to the outside (on the 1st floor, not safe!! Plus bugs/rain could enter.) Demanded new room immediately. Moved to new room on upper floor - SAME FILTH!!! Including urine/hair on toilet. Dried up bodily fluids on alarm clock & phone (which did not even work). Kleenex stuck to the door and in peephole. The creepiest hallways. Creepy workers popping their heads out of rooms to stare at us as we walked through the hallways. The actual neighborhood/area did not feel safe at all. We checked out of the 2nd room immediately as well. Demanded a full refund (which they said would take 5 days to process - ridiculous!). Upsetting! We had to scramble to find a new hotel room at the last minute, which we did thankfully, but it was 30 minutes N of this area - but we were so thankful the new city/hotel was safe & clean. Do NOT stay at this La Quinta Indy Airport. The grossest, most unsafe hotel I've ever encountered. Expedia should remove this from their list of options. ZERO STARS

We checked in and the room stunk immediately when opening the door. The bedsheets were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. We asked the front staff to change rooms and the new room was no better. Still stunk still was dirty. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it after 6:00 when we got there right at 6:00. We'll never go back. Was disgusting

This property received good reviews so I was willing to take a chance. I think they are doing the best they can with the facility, but the rooms are rundown and dirty (at least ours was). Everything smelled Like smoke and there were stains on the linens. We had a late flight and didn’t arrive until 11:30 pm. Had we arrived sooner, I would have found a different hotel.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION***** Was told i couldn't check in until 315 over the room still being cleaned upon checking into the room the room was filthy which is an under statement pulled down the blankets on the bed to inspect and had dirty sheets with crusty stuff and pubes. Place should be shut down. I am beyond mortified at the conditions of this room and the staffs unwillingness to help or even apologize. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not use this hotel.

We were on three rooms before we found one that was marginally clean. The first room had lipstick stains on the shower wall and used towels, room hadn't been vacuumed. Second room had makeup stains on the pillows and staining on the sheets and plastic bags covering the smoke detectors. Third room has one bed out of two that did not have stained sheets.
