Welcome to The Local Alloggio — your cozy retreat in the heart of Indianapolis! Located in Fletcher Place, just a 10-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and 20 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium / the convention center, our home combines city excitement with neighborhood charm. Explore local cafes, restaurants, and boutiques just steps away, all while enjoying a peaceful, community-focused stay. With insider tips and easy access to all things Indy, you’ll experience the city like a true local!

The space
At The Local Alloggio, we invite you to experience Indianapolis like a true local, where the energy of the city meets the warmth and comfort of home. Our vibrant turquoise house, with its charming coral door, is nestled in the heart of Fletcher Place—a neighborhood filled with history, culture, and some of the best local restaurants and boutiques Indy has to offer. It’s the perfect blend of city life and cozy retreat.

Inside, our home is designed to make you feel immediately welcome. The master bedroom on the main floor is your personal sanctuary, complete with its own closet and a full bath for ultimate convenience. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a quiet escape with a walk-in closet and private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom, just off the kitchen, is the perfect spot for extra guests or family members, keeping everyone comfortable and close.

At the end of a day spent exploring the city, return to the comfort of a cozy living space. Kick back on the couch, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or step outside into our spacious backyard—a hidden gem perfect for unwinding or enjoying a meal al fresco. Surrounded by greenery, it’s your private escape within the city, where you can relax and recharge under the stars.

The Fletcher Place neighborhood is more than just a place to stay—it's a community with a pulse, where every street leads you to something new and exciting. Great Price and Location

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It's right in the middle of a nice safe neighborhood with restaurants and bars. Only a 25 minute walk to the convention center too if you're in town for that.
