We would have appreciated better communication, it was well over 24 hours that we waited for a response regarding some issues at check in. There also was not a grill/BBQ like the description stated. The hot tub was broken and dirty, which was disappointing but we understand that can happen. What was frustrating was the lack of communication when we asked if there was a way to shut it completely off. The hot tub still was running and was very loud since it was only half full. The hot tub is outside the primary bedroom and woke us up in the night unfortunately. Like I mentioned before, we understand hot tubs can be inconsistent with running or needing servicing. We would have appreciated more communication regarding our issues we encountered.
