I arrived early in the morning, well before check-in time. I explained I was spending the day with family and friends and would love to check in but not go into my room till way later in the evening. The staff had no problem with letting me check-in early. Saved me a lot of.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy, even arriving very late night. All staff were polite. Only thing I could think for improvement was the air conditioner seemed to output too much moisture, the bedding seemed a little damp the first night. Second night was fine as we turned off the A/C while we were gone. Great experience overall
