Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/night.

Please note that this is a residential community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us so we may resolve any issue should one arise.

The entire community is pet-friendly so you may run into the pets other residents during your stay.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain key fob to enter front door.
-On the morning of arrival we will text you your code to enter your suite.

Most of our guest prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions arise.

Located In the heart of Downtown in Miles Square, all of Indianapolis will be within an arms reach while staying at this Luxury Suite. Take the Skywalk to the Convention Center or Lucas Oil Stadium. Walk less than a mile to White River State Park or Militarily Park or drive no less than 15 minutes to see a circuit at the Speedway. You’ll have easy access to a plethora of restaurants and bars.

This location has a walk score rating of 94(Walker` s Paradise) in the center of the city where street parking is hard to find. You don`t need a vehicle at this location but if you do need parking, there are paid garages nearby.

You`ll love the bedroom skylights in both bedrooms which makes it inviting to curl up with a book and watch the sunset.

This is a very walkable location in the center of the city and street parking is difficult to find. You don`t need a vehicle at this spot but if you need parking, there are paid garages nearby.

2. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 - Children under 2 stay free. Children over 2 are welcome as an additional guest (Must be paid prior to check-in date).

3. 𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or any substance is not allowed anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. This is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fee & having your reservation revoked without refund. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.

4. 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬 - NO CATS ALLOWED ANYTIME. Pet/s are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. Pets are only allowed at the discretion of the host. Please inquire first. If allowed, Pet fee is $80. Stays 5 nights or > is $20 per additional night. That must be paid prior to the check-in date. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. If a guest sneaks a pet in without inquiring the fee is $250.

5. 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, loud music, and the like are not allowed. Please do not disrespect our neighbors. Quiet time after 10:00 PM

6. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 - Check-in Anytime After 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 11 AM on the day of departure. Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm. Always lock the doors.

7. 𝐍𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. Please understand that we have scheduled cleaning for our units.

8. 𝐍𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 - Do not have more guests or visitors than stated in your reservation. More guests or visitors more than stated on the reservation will incur a charge of $50/night/guest or temporary visitor.

9. 𝐍𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 - Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

10. 𝐍𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬 - Filming and photoshoots are strictly prohibited.

11. 𝐍𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund. You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing.

𝟏2. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 - We do not have a recording device in our unit, we understand the privacy of our guests, but this unit has security devices such as Doorbell Camera (Outside only), Security Panel, Sensors. Tampering with such a device will be a charge of an extra $250.

𝟏3. 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 - For ensuring the safety of our unit and to make sure that we have the right guest and the correct number of guests. Do not touch the surveillance on the property. For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, Vivint Home Security records activity at the front doors to the unit.

𝟏4. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 - This panel is the brain of all devices installed in the unit

𝟏5 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬 - Fire, Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, Water, Noise Sensors. All of these devices ensure that our unit is well protected and safe.

𝟏6. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 - Mail service is not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests who require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS. There are 2 Amazon Lockers for package delivery on Monument Circle & Whole Foods all within walking distance.

𝟏7. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of Community Amenities, including but not limited to the gym is at your own risk.
