Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cute. The neighborhood offered so many unique restaurants, shops, and bars all within walking distance. We hope to go back again when we have more time to enjoy the local scene, and we will definitely stay at the Argyle with Mitten Properties. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!

Lackluster Experience

Location and apartment were nice. We paid a premium price because of it being Taylor Swift concert weekend. However, our experience was below our expectations. The check-in process was chaotic, Neither the code provided in the onboarding instructions nor the one sent via text worked. Our friend was left stranded until a random individual (identity unknown) gave her a working code.This raised concerns about security and reliability. Another inconvenience was that the Wi-Fi network listed in the instructions didn’t even show up as an option, it did not work. When we shared our concerns with the host their reply felt dismissive, stating only that feedback would be forwarded to management. At this price point, we expected a seamless and stress-free stay, but the experience fell short of expectations.

Great location

I was very pleased with our entire experience. The location was within walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping, activities. It is exactly as pictured and we had plenty of towels with a few bathroom amenities too. My only recommendation is to add more usb ports in the living room for the guest sleeping on the pull out couch. The master bedroom had charging options galore!

Great Neighborhood/Location

Right in the heart of the Massachusetts Ave entertainment district - an easy walk to lots of excellent restaurants and shops. downtown is only a 20 minute walk. The apartment was as advertised - clean and neat, if a bit spartan. Noce kitchen/LV Room combination, large and very comfortable bedroom - the only downside is the bathroom is very small - one person at a time small. That said; we'd be happy to rebook and return.

CFP National Championship

We were delighted with this property. To quote my 14 year old son, "That was the most comfortable pull out sofa I've ever stayed on." The Argyle is a love little complex and served as an excellent home base for our cycling around town (.5 miles to the bottleworks area, 1.5 miles to the circle), and it was all easily navigable as you're only one block from the Cultural Trail, which is the best way to move around the city, particularly on bike. Loved our local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We will think back on this spot fondly for years, and I will definitely stay in this very property the next time my family visits Indy!
