BEWARE OF VACASA!!

Terrible communication! While the home is beautiful and nicely furnished, the master walk-in shower was disassembled and non functioning. It was immediately reported. A repair guy showed up the next morning and said he would return with parts. Never showed back up and we got the run around! Also, this is a very large community that encompasses 4 large streets/miles...we couldn't find a guard gate-only unmanned gates. We had to quickly drive behind a car just to get into the community. No easy task, especially late at night. I called Vacasa many times regarding both issues and I requested a partial compensation for the bathroom that didn't work. Every time I am put off. I will never use them again. Lesson learned.
