-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Garage parking for 2 vehicles as well as 2 spots in the driveway- NO street parking permitted

-Speed limit enforced- 20 MP

-Fireplace not for guest use

-Mailbox access accessible of guests staying over +25 days

-No walking, riding bikes, exploring golf courses- golf course is permitted for use with an additional fee paid and coordinated directly at the country club
