The space

Kick back and relax by the pool, soak away your troubles in the jacuzzi or sunbathe on one of the many lounge chairs. This home is perfect for a family reunion or a group of golf friends, as it can accommodate up to 12 people.

The open living and kitchen area make it easy to gather together, and the backyard with multiple lounge areas provides plenty of space to relax.

When it's time to wind down, retire to one of three large-screen UHD 4k TVs with Roku included. You'll love kicking back in one of the comfy chairs or sofas and watching your favorite shows or movies.

The jacuzzi is heated for no extra charge, while pool heating will cost $70/per night.
The garage provides shade for 2 cars, but you can park an additional 2 cars in the driveway.
No parties or events are allowed on this property. Smoking is not permitted on site - violators will be fined $500. Minimum age to rent is 25 per city ordinance.
Guest access
This simple, spacious house is ideal for medium-sized groups or families. During your stay, you will have private and exclusive use of the whole house, inside and out. An outdoor pool, spa, fully-equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi will take care of all your recreation and business needs.

Ideally located for all of Indio’s most popular attractions, you’re just a short drive away from multiple golf courses and polo clubs, including the Empire Polo Club – famous for hosting the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. In fact, 100% of our recent guests have consistently rated our location as 5-stars!

For the comfort of our guests, no smoking is permitted on-site. While we welcome groups and families, we respectfully request that no parties or events take place at the property. Guests found to have broken these rules will be charged a $500 fine.

In accordance with the city ordinance, there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years to rent the property.
Other things to note
Front Door lock:
You will get your individual entry code that works for the duration of your stay prior to your arrival. It’s usually the last 4 digits of the primary guest’s phone number. It will automatically expire 1 hour after check out time of your departure date.

WiFi and Internet:
The internet service is provided by Frontier. We have signed up for the fastest speed available and we have purchased a new WiFi router enabling the fastest speeds possible. On very rare occasions the internet service may get interrupted due to issues with the service provider.

TV programs:
All TVs are smart TVs and offer Roku and all major streaming apps such as Netflix to log into with your own password. All TV remotes are labeled to be used on their designated TV’s. Lost remotes will be billed at $50 each.

Air conditioning:
Please keep doors closed when the air conditioner is on to help save energy. The air conditioning should not be turned below 74F. Please turn the air to 80F when you check out.

Water Filter:
The tap water in Indio is harder than we prefer. Though you can drink it without problems, we think it tastes better and makes better tasting coffee when filtered. Please find the Brita Filter jug in the fridge. If there is no filter in the jug, you should be able to find a new replacement under the sink.

Light switches:
Some light switches and other items are automated via a Smart Home speaker. Please see the house guide for more info.

To turn on the patio lights there is a button on the side of the plug. You can also use the Smart Home speaker to turn patio lights on/off. It’s also scheduled to automatically come on at approximately sunset and then turn off at 11:00pm. But you can always manually turn them on/off. Please do not unplug lights to turn them off.

Trash:
The garbage bins are on the side of the house through the garage. Trash pickup happens automatically on Fridays, nothing needs to be done. The trash company provides the service to pull the containers out and then back in after the trucks have come by.

Pool/Spa Cleaners:
They come twice a week to keep the pool and spa crystal clear -- on Monday and Thursday. They usually only need about 30 mins to do their thing and then they are gone. Generally they show up around 10am. They are self-sufficient and do not need access to the inside of the house.

Landscapers:
They arrive on Fridays and often times mow, and/or use a leaf blower. They are usually there for less than an hour. They are self-sufficient and do not need access to the inside of the house.
