The condo inside was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. It’s very comfortable and well maintained. We did have a problem with the dryer and a serviceman came out the next day. My only complaint is the outside. You are located in the very back of the gated community and I have to say it’s not very nice compared to the rest of the community. The outside around the condo is dark not well lite. The grounds need work and the buildings are run down and need some attention. The front door faces a golf course and you get some activity with the golfers playing through. The pool across the parking lot was nice.

A beautiful home on the inside though you could not tell from the outside. Only a couple is small issues like the sticky bedroom door that probably was over painted and a tricky front door lock. Perhaps a combination blackout and opaque curtain in the kitchen patio door will allow some sun into the kitchen in the daytime. Hopefully some ice trays were placed into the freezer. Thank you very much to Sarah and her team for making my stay really enjoyable.

Great Coachella Stay

Our space was perfect for relaxing after a long day at Coachella. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked and helped keep us comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was a perfect size for 3 people. Outdoor space was nice in the mornings while eating breakfast. It's also right across from the pool. Great communication with the host. I will note that the exit gate closest to us was often out of service. Also, since we are guests we had to enter through the front gate which caused a lot of time spent waiting in the Coachella traffic on that main street. Other than those small things, it's close to grocery stores and technically walking distance from the festival grounds. Would definitely stay again!

Gracious and Professional Host

Excellent, communicators, gracious and professional hosts. The place was perfect for my brother and I working out of town for the week. Great value, clean, thoughtful provisions. The location was perfect, five minutes away from our job, restaurants, grocery stores and banks all close by. for our stay during the week, my brother and I working out of town, would come home on the weekends. I asked the host if they would mind extending the refundable security deposit to the following week instead of us paying twice. She agreed sending me a link to make this possible. Because of which, this may have caused a confusion and double booked with another renter. So they offered us another place to stay, which was an upgrade at the same cost. The host was gracious in extending the refundable security deposit for our second week stay and professional in offering us a place to stay due to the confusion. I definitely would stay here again.
