「Despite being across from a school, it was incredibly quiet!
The beds were comfortable, it had most things you would need and worth it. We loved how easy it was to get to places from it, that there was lots of local places around us within walking distance, and how easy the whole experience was.
It was also cool that two of the beds were electric, and you could raise the head of the bed, so if that’s something you need for sleep apnea or other issues (or love to read at night in bed) this...

「Check in was good, everyone I met in passing was very polite to me. The 10pm-7am quiet rule was fairly loose. One night someone rang the doorbell in rapid succession several times past 11pm, and there were just other noises that sometimes took place well past 10pm. The room/bathroom was as described, without access to a kitchen or laundry I think it was a little steep in price. Fridge and microwave were convenient to have in the room, finding parking was easy and it is located in a good spot. 」
