"I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. "This property is a scam. I booked the reservation through Expedia and then Expedia/Vrbo. I didn't get the checkin instructions from the host. I called the host and no response. I called another phone number shared through VRBO and upon calling the person answered told me that the location is under construction. The Owner cannot be contacted. I went to the location and no one was there. So this is a big scam"

"Beautiful villa! We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and the manager Dino was terrific. He helped us coordinate our menu and made us feel at home. The set up of the house is perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are clean, decorated nicely, and spa-like bathrooms. The outside area including the pool were spectacular - amazing views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. I highly recommend this villa.
