The cleaner must have been a smoker because the room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in but the smell was gone when we came back later that night. The bedding was in rough shape. 「Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Stains on sheets, blankets, and pillows and curtains. Dead bugs, in light fixtures and cupboards. Oven looked like it was never cleaned. Holes in walls, furniture was broken, legs hanging off of night tables, table lamp electrical shock when touched. Broken shelves in bathroom. Bathroom not stocked with towels, and regular toiletries. Grimy stains on walls, moldy windows and no grout in shower. Wheelchair ramp not shovelled. Would not recommend and will not go back. 」
