"Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant serves a complete breakfast, included in the rate. For lunch and dinner, good food and service as well. Last but not least, very nice staff. "

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
