“Quiet cottage like water front oasis in a busy city. Hosts were great, water was warm for swimming. My only quibble would be the awkward stairs to get down to the suite. Otherwise perfect”

“Excellent, very clean, happy living / garden space. Professionally managed, great access to the entire James Bay Area. Park your car off street and walk to the downtown attractions or easily get out of the metro area. Book it if you can.”

“Overall the property was great. We had a problem accessing the unit. We should have been directed to the back door as the code would not work on the front door. We arrived at 10pm and had to walk around the house in the dark with no pathway. We eventually gained access and the rest of our stay was great.”

“This is a lovely property! I would say though that it’s very compact and doesn’t have room to have a couple of friends over for a visit. for instance. A great place for just 2 people. Well appointed- just couldn’t find a can opener 🙂”

“This coach House is superbly equiped with comfortable furniture and kitchen utensils. Situated a block from Beacon Hill Park, the location couldn't be better for access to downtown and the ocean. Our only complaint was the monitoring of the electric meter for heat. The month we stayed here, May, was particularly cold and not a lot of light enters the coach house. Our contract stated that we were only allowed to consume 70.00 of electricity a month. We asked for a meter reading at the beginning……

“really close to the ferry, buses and restos. very quiet. No tv so we had little to do after 9pm except go to bed. the farm around was neat with deers closeby. Buses to go downtown victoria or butchart gardens were very close to the B&B. Would stay there again. Joe the owner was very courteous and very helpful.”
