While every hotel takes my debit card as deposit, this hotel don't, so I have to use a credit card instead....and coincidentally, 3 days after, this card received fraudulent transactions....and this hotel was the last to have assess to my card. well, thanks to OTP security, no losses on my side That is all that I have to say 」

「Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money.」
