“The house was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was about a 10 minute drive into town. We had 2 young children with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied. They loved the trampoline and the game shed with a ping-pong and foosball table. However, the house was not very clean. It had a musty smell, and the sheets and pillows in most of the rooms smelled musty too. One of the bedrooms had wet carpet and smelled so bad that no one could sleep in it. “Beautiful water views were the highlight of this property. Perfectly comfortable and quaint. Thank you for sharing!”

“Great place for large crowds ”

“This is a very spacious and beautifully decorated home with a wonderful view of the river. It is very close to the town of Kinsale. The home is updated and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here again.”

“The place was absolutely amazing! Ian and Sara were amazing hosts - set me up for success at the start of my trip and provided me with some great recommendations - what I also really appreciate was how personable and approachable they were. Would love to stay again next time I'm in Kinsale - waking distance from the main town and just down the hill from a pub if you wanted grab a good meal / drinks.”
