Fantastic stay

Very happy with our stay. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Fantastic view from balcony. Great food. Large pool area that was never too crowded. Perfect for hiking, doing sports or just relaxing.

It is a fantastic hotel. There is so much to do, all staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms are large with beautiful views, and the food at all meals has a very high standard, with the buffet offering a huge selection. I have been three times, I can’t wait to go back. The location is absolutely gorgeous

You must stay here! Famil Vaca!

This hotel is incredible in everyway. We came with a 4 yr old and a 2 month old and truly felt like we had a vacation. Children's club was fantastic, and babysitters were so lovely! Perfect family getaway. The staff are incredible, so well trained, so friendly... literally didnt have one bad experience with staff. They really knew how to show extra care for visitors. We are already planning our trip back for the winter. One small thing, there is no AC in the rooms but the cool mountain air is lovely all night but for some that need AC it could pose a problem. For us it was no issue.

War einmal Spitzenklasse...

Das Interalpen ist (bzw. war) eigentlich aussergewöhnlich, hat aber leider nicht mehr das gleiche Niveau wie vor der Covid-Schliessung. Die Zimmer, SPA und Pool sind sind nach wie vor top. Wenig begeistert waren wir von der Leistung im Restaurant. Das Abendessen (Speisen) wäre eigentlich sehr gut gewesen, aber der Service war im besten Fall 2 Sterne wert, das heisst ungenügend. Es gab zu viele Fehler und besonders schlecht: Unsere Anliegen wurden einfach überhört. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass niemand uns zuhört. Scheinbar war viele Praktikanten anwesend, was den schlechten Service erklärt. Die Frage ist, weshalb diese nicht besser betreut werde?! Das Frühstücksbuffet war vor Covid echte Spitzenklasse. Jetzt ist es einfach gut, das heisst nichts Besonderes mehr. Entsprechend waren wir doch sehr enttäuscht. Vieles wurde wahrscheinlich Opfer des Sparhammers, die Auswahl war überblickbar. Dann sind es die kleinen Dinge: Ein Wechsel des Hauptgerichts (ein Wienerschnitzel), ist jetzt kostenpflichtig (+15 €). Beim Aufdecken wird an Stelle der Schokolade ein Brieflein mit Traubenzucker auf den Nachttisch gelegt; das ist völlig daneben und entspricht nicht dem Stil eines 5+ Sterne-Hotels. Die Bar sollte zudem dringend renoviert werden. Sie wirkt extrem düster und lustlos. Zudem sind die Sessel unterirdisch. Fazit aus unserer Sicht: Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht mehr. Das Interalpen war unser Lieblingshotel in Österreich und wir werden auf weitere Besuche verzichten.

Ein wundervolles Hotel

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr ruhig, die Zimmer waren groß und hell. Die Bedingung extrem aufmerksam, man könnte dort mehrere Wochen verbringen. Wir haben uns überlegt unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
